Well sort of. We are still going back and forth with the couple who put in a (low) offer. But I think it will work out. Which is exciting because it will be no more showing the house! YAY! They are looking at a May 29th closing date. I will let you know when I know MY closing date. Hopefully I won't end up homeless for a bit in between.

Hoo boy! It's always exciting to get the house sold, but moving is such a pain. What are you going to do until your place is ready? It would be a long commute from the Lancaster area.
Wow that is great news and it really didn't take too long compared to how long the other houses in our neighborhood had or have been on the market!!
