Not even a dirty mug and some bagel crumbs on the counter, let alone stray underwear, crayons, rollerskates, briefcase, school projects, unopened mail that are magnetically drawn to all surfaces in my kitchen.
If you only saw kitchens like the ones above all day, you might start to feel pretty bad about yourself.
Let me lift your self esteem...
And let me introduce you to my floor...
I was home from school today.
Did some cooking and baking for the week.
And I made a big mess.
I wish I was not the kind of person who struggles with things like getting up early, tidying up after myself, staying on top of things...
I'm trying though, to be better.

I love this. I'm so glad that I'm not the only one disturbed by the ever-clean mormon mommy blogger nonsense. I constantly have a sticker stuck to the bottom of my foot thanks to Kate's sticker habits.
Lisa you have made me laugh because my kitchen looks the same as yours only that my floor is a little worse and that's only my kitchen lets not talk about my bedroom...I totally love this too I think some of those moms on those blogs are either crazy, its not their kitchen they are taking pictures in or they take pictures only right after cleaning. I have honestly come to that conclusion.
Yah, mine also looks like yours Lisa, if not messier. meh.
