namaste

I did yoga tonight for the first time since college. Suprrisingly, I am still pretty limber, considering how round and out of shape I have become over the years. Anyways, I forgot how much I LOVE it. I hope I can continue to do it at least once a week even once school starts up again. It's so relaxing. I love the chance to be still and focus on breathing and stretching and being in the moment.
