Tonight when we were driving in the car, Isaac said to me, "Mom, do you know that song that goes 'You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one?'"

I was pretty surprised, because I didn't think Isaac would have any frame of reference for the song "Imagine" by John Lennon. I told him I did know the song and proceeded to look it up on my phone.

He continued on, "It is by that guy from the Beatles. The one that looks like Harry Potter."

 

You know what? 

  I totally see it. 

 

Just when I think I know him inside and out, he says something like that totally catches me off guard.
